But that hasn't stopped us from trying to make our projects more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Whether that's building embedded energy networks, so they run on hyper-local green energy. Or implementing car share services and e-bikes, so people have the option of getting rid of their cars altogether. We're always striving to do better.

We want to prove that better developments provide better returns. Currently, better-than-average projects are undervalued by old fashioned finance. We aim to make better bankable and push it into the mainstream.
