Restrictive tenure models kill diversity, so we designed a mixed-ownership framework enabling everyone from TAFE's flexible campus needs to First Nation's customised artist studios.

Lot 12 also accommodates specialised infrastructure for established organisations alongside flexible spaces for emerging ventures, all strategically positioned to foster cross-pollination between public institutions, not-for-profits, and profit-for-purpose entities.
