This series of business events brought Byron community members together to share their challenges and solutions, believing that a problem shared is a problem halved, and collective wisdom has a magnifying power.
Locally, business owners often struggled with problems in isolation, lacking access to experienced mentors and peer support networks that could help them navigate roadblocks or grow sustainably.
To remedy this, Problems for Breakfast centred on honest business conversations where local entrepreneurs could bring their dilemmas to a panel of established business leaders, creating wisdom-sharing that helped everyone, even if they worked in completely different fields.
Creative Capital developed this initiative recognising that some local businesses were doing it tough, and the community could benefit from networking facilitated in a relaxed, approachable way.
